As a long time follower since about 10k subs I've been enjoying and loving cams journey and videos this whole time. Can't explain how good it feels to see someone as pure hearted and genuine as cam slowly building there way up an creating such amazing content, that honestly has never disappointed me once. Nothing fills me with more joy than to open my YouTube and see the homie has dropped another banger video. I appreciate you more than you know man. Believe it or not, not only your videos have helped me, but also your whole attitude and way of thinking towards life I've heard through many vids and live streams have helped me so much in life the past few years. You may think your but a small blip in some people's lives but to someone like me you have made a huge impact, and I could never thank you enough. At the time I first found you I came from a pretty dark place not thinking much good about life and honestly not doing anything good for the world let alone myself. In order to attempt to slow life down and distract myself from bad choices and thinking I chose to buy day z and try some gaming as I heard good things about the game and eventually found you looking for tips and tricks on YouTube. Since then over time i have calmed down so much I barely recognise the man I used to be. Now I'm pursuing a great career, found an amazing woman and just had a beautiful little girl of my own the past few weeks. And I honestly feel amazing, and it's people like yourself I honestly feel greatful for that have un knowingly guided me and my way of thinking to be a better person. Again I appreciate you man. I'm un able to interact as much and also play as often as I used to due to a now busy life with family so I thought I'd drop this long but heartfelt comment and hope you eventually may see it. Dude when I started playing DayZ way back since day 1 I’ve loved your content. I’ve been away from the game for the longest time yet I find myself watching videos of dayz content and out of everything I enjoy your stuff Most. Was in your streams awhile back but also been away from that too, such a breath of fresh air to come back to YouTube and see fresh content from yourself that originally pulled me in!

Yo Cam, I never comment on videos or streams, but this video I think perfectly encapsulates what you've been doing with your channel. I was really impressed with this one, and I've watched them all. It's like watching someone hone their craft, and this is the culmination of hours of time and effort of slowly getting better every time you drop a vid. You've inspired me on my own content creation (completely unrelated to Youtube or gaming).

There is a saying, perfect is the enemy of good enough, but over time "good enough" becomes perfection. I don't know if you've noticed, but if you look back at where it started to what you're doing now, you are S-tier Day Z content creator (and I would extend that beyond Day-Z as well). You've motivated me to release stuff that was just "good enough" and not "perfect", and in doing so, I feel I'm getting better faster. So, thanks for all you do man! All the best.

Idk if that little musical interlude after your death was just for me after my last comment, but goddam I loved that part again. Your death and reaction to it brought up so many of my own thoughts and feelings around similar situations I’ve been in, and at first when you died I was like “man starting from scratch again? Uhg” but then as I got to sit with you just playing, I saw the bigger picture, that the game isn’t that one life it’s the whole journey we all take in that game over years and thousands of characters. And by the time the narration came back I was locked in and with you again. So anyways thanks cam love the video love the music
