On July 10, 2026, Tobu Noda Line 8000 series trainset 8171F was sent to the Kitatatebayashi Rolling Stock Dismantling Yard for scrapping. It was part of a group transferred from the Tojo Line to replace the early 8000 series trains, and arrived on the Noda Line in 2010. This was the fifth 8000 series trainset to be scrapped since its introduction, and excluding 8111F, there are now 10 8000 series trainsets remaining on the Noda Line.

そのため、後年森林公園に戻った時(まだ未更新時)は荷棚前パイプの増設がなされていない原型車両が物珍しく見えた。

2両編成が5と6?、4両編成が順番通り、6両編成は1→2→3→7→8→4、
8両編成はどこも走ってないけど1→2→3→9→9(編成番号+1)→2(編成番号+1)→3(編成番号+1)→4(編成番号+1)だったっけな…?
いや～、それにしてもすごい長いこと走ってきたね～。前面窓が小さいやつも今では思い出の車両です!!
