Oh my god, to have someone like Stuart Pearce in the current team would be game changing.

Miss this man at our club, will never forget when he threw our toddler a ball during warm up for the home Norwich game a few years ago. We were not even calling for one and he singled her out from some distance, it made her day. Clearly a strong character with a heart of gold

Great podcast top player stu pearce shame hes not at the club could do with him in dressing room should have kept him at club

What a fabulous interview. Great questions and great research make for great viewing. Well done boys.

Stuart Pearce joining West Ham, felt like it was the English Paolo Maldini, joining West Ham. And that is why we hold him is such high regard.

What a legend Stuart Pearce is , as a player and a man ⚒️⚒️⚒️

Fair play to this host and Carlton. How they stay positive I will never know

So Coventry were organised enough in the end of the 80s to know that he was cup tied, yet Manny Onoynomi..

Legend of a man. Would love Stuart back anytime in any capacity at West Ham

A proper geezer ⚒⚒👏👏👏

Would love to have Carlton and Stuart in our starting eleven now rather than the drab we have at the moment, they we're definitely fit to wear the shirt.

THIS CLUB 😂 Having to talk about 4 years ago to find anything at all positive. What a mess

Absolutely loved this Pearceie is a legend love him ⚒️⚒️⚒️

A legend ⚒

What a great interview with a legend. Get him back at West Ham, in any capacity. To think he only very recently lost his son and he's holding it together.

Great summary by Pearce, exactly what WHU fans want from their players, 100% effort and commitment along with some skill level and they’ll love them

Legend.

This is AMAZING!!! 😊

If I’m being totally honest, for the first time in my life I truly don’t care about the game tonight. I have been worn down week after week for many years and I honestly look forward to the Championship. I just want change whether that’s negative or positive. I can’t do another year of this misery.

The worst thing about relegation is usually losing all your favourite players but I honestly don’t have a connection to a single one of them. I will not be sad or shed a tear seeing the back of any of them.

So, players, do as you want tonight. Go through the motions, embarrass yourselves. Shame your profession because the way you perform and carry yourselves says nothing about us supporters, but a hell of a lot about yourselves.

You know it's been a great podcast when you don't want it to end. Stuart Pearce was a fantastic player and the comment about him epitomising the West Ham spirit was a great one. Top player & top bloke...the club was a better place for him being around.

What value would you put on having him playing for us today?
