I've been a nurse for 15 years and still get bullied. I have always been friendly, soft-spoken and easygoing. Apparently, that makes me a target.

The only reason I'm still in nursing is due to financial obligations. As soon as the opportunity arises, I'm getting out. I deeply regret choosing this career path.

I was on contract at a nursing home where the bullying and harassment got so bad that it started spilling outside of work it culminated when a group of people from work blocked the exit of the gas station I was at with their SUV and piled out of it and started advancing on me and I had to draw a gun the police investigation revealed that they had planned to fucking kidnap me

What about passive aggressive bullies.

Thank you so much for this video. I’m a new grad starting my new job in L&D at the end of the month and I’ve been anxious about how to handle potential “eat your young” bullying that may occur. Love your tips, especially asking them to repeat what they said! I’m also a crier, even if I’m not sad just expressing my emotions in any type of way makes me cry, so confrontation makes me anxious lol. But this definitely helped! Hope I am never in a situation such as this but just incase, I’ll have to show them I’m not the one lol

Im not a nurse but im a certified medical assistant and a CNA and oh my god the bullying is insane .ive quit job after job for bullying .im in a new job and getting bullied yet again .when does it stop.

Let’s talk about it.  A lot of High school bullies became cops and nurses.

I’m a baby cna/pre-nursing student and currently dealing with someone like this (another cna that’s been a cna for 10+ years) …at first I was feeling maybe I’m being to sensitive? But no she doesn’t stop she’s continuing to make me feel crappy and now every-time I go to work I dread I’m going to work with her

My mom was in hospice and the nurse on duty was rude to me as a family member of a patient.  That same evening she was fired after I complained.

Maybe I can’t be a nurse because I have the backbone of a worm 😅 and it’s even worse because I’m a man..

I'm in day 6 of training at a hospital as a new grad and this girl didn't even try to teach me anything, just turned on me minutes after I started and went to the bosses by lunch time and then claimed I'm going to go do some training courses for the rest of the shift, when in reality, she had made up a bunch of lies to have me fired. I haven't been fired yet but they cancelled my next shift and will be holding a meeting at the end of the week. They didn't bother to speak to me once. I'm just shocked. I knew those patients way better than her. Several of the patients said 'God bless you' and I'm the best nurse they've had. I just can't believe none of the management is even bothering to speak to me. I"ve paid for two months rent and will probably have to pay for another month's rent...and the car...not to mention the embarrassment. I couldn't cry the whole day. I'm so humiliated and ashamed. And now i'm going to be jobless. I'm really upset and don't know what to do.
