no need to build a rocket Jeb can walk

I was activated like a sleeper agent when I hear spider dance

BRO THE UPSIDE DOWN HEAT SHIELD

watching videos like this makes me feel like a genius 😂

Well I would have put yourself into orbit around Duna before landing but hey, at least they walked away.

After watching a few videos like this, I wonder how I would do if I never watched a playthrough like a decade before I decided to play it.

Bro that editing is clean!!!! Shoutout to your mom!!!

I live your ksp vids ty for them

The most important thing to know about airplanes is how to balance the center of lift. Turn on the center of mass and center of lift, and make sure the center of lift is just a LITTLE bit behind the center of mass. Or a little in front if you want a more maneuverable but less stable plane.

Try adding some noise cones to the busters and do the transfer in the closest spot on your orbit.  Also sometimes adding more busters doesn't mean you go faster, because you add more weight.

So for aeroplanes there are 3 pieces of advice I'd like to bestow:
1. Engines - Airbreathing engines, like the Juno engine unlocked with this tier of aviation, need air intakes and a certain amount of airflow to function properly. They also take a bit to ramp up.

2. Centre of Lift - You may have already seen this in the KSPedia, but there is a way to view your plane's centre of lift in the spaceplane hangar. Ideally, you want this to be just behind but slightly intersecting your centre of mass, as that'll make your plane pitch down slightly but still fly upwards (if you have it in front your plane will make itself stall).

3. Control Surfaces - You may have seen these things called elevons, or some of the fins that are able to move. These are called control surfaces, and can control your movement in Yaw (Left or right turns), Roll (Clockwise/Counterclockwise turning) and Pitch (Pointing up or down). You can right click these parts in the assembly building and set which of these means of translation the control surface can adjust your plane, as well as limit how far the control surfaces can move (since going too far too fast can make you lose control). For a plane my advice is to have control surfaces on the wings that are for roll only and two horizontal surfaces at the rear of the plane for pitch only, both set to a limit of 5 degrees, and a vertical control surface set to yaw only and something much smaller for the limit, since you don't want to be using Yaw control on a plane.

Hope that helps!

P.S. You also mention at this time how your rocket has a "potential energy" of nearly 4000 metres per second. This is called delta V, meaning change in velocity, and you've actually likely got far more. By default the vehicle assembly building shows your delta V at Kerbin's Sea Level, but for flight planning it's actually more sensible to use vacuum delta V since a lot of your burns will be done in space (and many of the popular delta V maps use vacuum delta V). As such, you probably had closer to 7 or 8 thousand metres per second instead. You should be able to view your vacuum delta V by fiddling with some of the options at the bottom of the screen while in the assembly.

Bro it's GREAT video! Wish it'll become popular :)

the main tip i can give for going to anywhere is TIMING
for Duna, the planet needs to be 45 degrees ahead of Kerbin in it's orbit for you to be able to catch up with it, as objects in higher orbits go slower

Investing early in this channel

Its really fucking awesome

7:37 can’t believe the website works

You need the center of lift to be close to the center of mass and add Evelons whatever they’re called to lift the plane

1:40 My ear heard the persona...

try doing gravity turns and using engines more optimized for their environment like the terrier for space

Good vid man, 15:49 at that timestamp you use that manoeuvre alarm thingy, it’s not there on my KSP so is there any setting or something you turned on? Keep up the good work regardless 🙏🙏
