Guangzhou Bai'etan MixC:

Guangzhou Bai'etan MixC is a large high-end shopping mall located in Huadi Subdistrict, Liwan District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China, in the core area of Bai'etan. It was developed and operated by China Resources Land Limited and is the company's 100th self-owned and self-operated shopping mall, as well as the first MixC project in Guangzhou. Construction of the mall began on June 9, 2023, and it opened on September 30, 2026.

The building was designed by KPF (Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates) with the concept of an "Urban Stage." Its architectural form is inspired by a "shell" slowly opening beside the Pearl River. A cross-river cable car station has also been reserved on the river-facing side of the building.[6] The mall has a gross floor area of 269,000 square meters. At its opening, nearly 500 brands moved in, with first stores, flagship stores, and customized stores accounting for 60 percent. Among them, Cha Yan Yue Se and its sub-brand Gude Moning opened their first Guangzhou branches here.

In the southern quadrant of the mall is the heritage-protected Xie Hualunshi Building. To accommodate the mall's construction and surrounding development, the building was raised by 2.3 meters, relocated 36.45 meters to the northwest, and rotated 69.26 degrees counterclockwise.

The mall is adjacent to Fangcun Metro Station, providing connections to Lines 1, 11, and 22, as well as the future Line 28. In addition, a passage has been reserved in the mall's basement to connect to the metro station, but it is currently not open due to nearby construction.

Fangcun, Guangzhou

Fangcun (Chinese: 芳村; Jyutping: Fong1 Cyun1), formerly known as Fe Tee, Fa Ti, or Fati (Chinese: 花埭 / 花地; pinyin: Huādài / Huādì; Jyutping: Fa1dei6), from its Cantonese pronunciation, is a former area of Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. It lay to the southwest of Guangzhou's central business district and south of the Pearl River. It was well known as the site of garden nurseries for flower and ornamental tree production as early as the 9th century, and the source of many "exotic" plants brought back to Europe in the 19th century. Fangcun became an independent district of Guangzhou known as the Fangcun District, then merged with the Liwan District in 2005.

廣州白鵝潭萬象城：

廣州白鵝潭萬象城是位於中華人民共和國廣東省廣州市荔灣區花地街道的大型高端購物中心，位處白鵝潭核心區。由華潤置地有限公司開發及營運，是該公司自持營運的第100座購物中心，亦是廣州地區首個萬象城項目。商場在2023年6月9日開工建設，並於2026年9月30日開業。

建築由KPF建築事務所設計，以「城市舞台」為理念，建築造型靈感來源於珠江畔徐徐打開的「貝殼」。同時在建築迎江一側預留跨江纜車站點[6]。商場部分建築面積達26.9萬平方米。商場啟用時有近500家品牌進駐，首店旗艦店定製店佔比達六成，其中茶顏悅色及其子品牌「古德墨檸」在此開設廣州第一家分店。

商場以南象限有文物保護建築些華倫士樓，為配合商場建設及周邊開發，相關建築抬升2.3米，並向西北遷移36.45米，同時逆時針旋轉69.26度。

商場毗鄰地鐵芳村站，以接駁1號線、11號線和22號線以及未來的28號線。此外，商場地庫已預留通道連接地鐵車站，唯現時因周邊施工而暫未開放。
