This is the first of three videos in this series. Next week I'll show you the Bench Press competition and you will not believe how much these people can lift! We are setting new channel PRs left and right. Much love for each and every one of you and I do appreciate how hard you all have been working. It pays to be fit!!

Squat Depth should’ve been enforced more. It’s kind of unfair for those hitting proper depth.

So glad dadbod won. That would've been horrible if you counted the other dude's lift, considering his 500 lb lift had zero depth.

@naenate88 3 years ago

bro who said his max was 675 when he couldn't even do a proper squat at 500 lmao

6:08 I'm Batman and I'm about to beat Nick Symmond's PR🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Poor guy needs to be a meme forever

That man who put up 280 is a beast - that was a hard-fought rep and very impressive for a guy of his stature

@mikemcdonald2517 3 years ago

Glad he hit 600 since that's a clear red light at 8:40

Dad Bod was definitely deserving of the crown. Quite a few of the lifts were nowhere near a full rom squat and full rom should be important for fair competition. Also especially with the weight getting up in the numbers, I really hope the main and side spotters are on point because if that last dude had went lower I could see it going sour very quick. All in all great video and great job to all the competitors and motivational cheering in the back.

Dadbod is an absolute unit

Let’s standardize the depth, Nick! I’d be pissed if someone beat me doing a 1cm ROM squat.

“Are you sure this is 500”? I already knew he was gonna do it easy after that 😂

@xanthony1919x 3 years ago

A lot of those squats definitely should not have counted, and it also seemed like he was going to count that last squat as well🤦‍♂️smh

That man crushed 600 with perfect form. Love to see it!

As Nick says, "It pays to be fit!" 😉 Everyone out there having fun too 👍

Dadbod is an absolute monster no doubt but the leaner dude that did 510 at 9:08, man I'd be perfectly ecstatic to have that level of strength in that frame/size. Most I've ever done is 325 @ 170 body weight, but I've also only been lifting for 18 months.
