7 years later.. No DLC but still players are replaying just to relive the game❤❤❤

5:31 genichiro has gotta be one of the best fromsoft bosses, not just because of his awesome moveset, but also the fact that it’s one of the few bosses where if you beat him, you could actually tell how good you’d gotten. Actually the perfect description of “I understand it now.”

Can't remember if the game tells you this, but for the headless ape fight, if you have the spear prophetic and you reach the second phase, when you perf parry that big downward chop you'll notice he'll be stunned for about 3-4 seconds. If you spear him in the neck, the centipede will be exposed and you can do a ton of damage

Only the grind for skill points is  bad

Dark Souls 3 took me about 2 weeks. Elden Ring took me about 2 weeks. Sekiro took me over 6 years.

fun fact, isshin wasnt summoning the lightning but CATCHING it .

22:53, Isshin here is using your own Shura flame against you, this dude is such a badass that the interior ministry feared him even when he was old as hell.

Sword Saint Ishhin is hands down the greatest boss fight ever. You gotta use every little thing the game had taught you prior, and you gotta use them well. Incredible finale to an incredible game.

The only game that I actually played 4 playthroughs to get all endings because once you get the hang of it, shit is a breeze.

The invisible monkey is right behind you after you spawn in the arena.

Matter of fact if you actually beat geninchiro before the cutscene you get a special cutscene

I just beat Genichiro this weekend after quitting the game 5 years ago. It. Was. Incredible.

I'm getting mad watching him spam block knowing damn well I did the same until genichiro

Sekiro is PEAK. Nothing else has even given me the same satisfaction again

7:45 he doesn't want to off himself he just wanted to find a way to get rid of his immortality and that sword was one of the items for a ritual that would severe his connection to dragon blood

I still think about this game years after beating it. It's like surviving the training of Pai Mei.

10:31 I know it’s been 7 months so you may not see this, but if you go and obtain the item in that direction BEFORE going after the Flower item, you don’t fight the second ape, just the one. I’m not sure since it’s been a while since I changed up going and grabbing different items at different times, but I do remember something changing, so I know I’m not completely crazy. Just a tip for new players. Have a good day :)

10:05 you are supposed use the firecracker prosthetics to make this boss fight super easy.

1:56  actually you can win but then the cutscene is slightly different instead of just cutting your arm off he resorts to cheap tactic in which his henchman distracts wolf by throwing a shuriken at him which he reflects but genichiro takes the opportunity to catch him off guard and cut his arm

This was my first platinum. Will always hold a place in my heart
