We built our house about three years ago, and after living here, there are several decisions I would make differently today.
In this first episode of the series "If I were building a house today," I share some of the things I wouldn't do the same way again—from decisions made during construction to choices we only realized after we started living in the house.

I'm Irene, married for a long time (almost 20!) and I have 2 children, a teenage girl and a little boy, almost reaching the difficult ages as well. Here I share my organizational ideas (house, routines with the children, shopping, and meals) to have an easier and more balanced life. In the meantime, I'm also sharing my adventure with the construction of our future home.

Quanto à pérgola, a solução é pôr um acrílico ou vidro por cima, por ser transparente não cria o impacto visual de uma pala e protege da chuva.
Para o muro, apesar de ser mais difícil é possível mandar fazer uns remates que servem de pingadeiras. E para o piso da casa de banho a solução é aplicar um verniz anti deslizante para piso.

Eu mudei de lâmpadas de 360Lm para umas de 850Lm e a diferença foi enorme. Eu encontrei as minhas no Leroy Merlin, seria apenas uma ideia.
