Where we off DAD!?!

Join me as I head to Kirskstall Abbey in Leeds to take on the Kirkstall Abbey 7. Its my first time racing in over 3 months following a challenging summer period and I fancied something a bit different to my usual road stuff. An enjoyable multi terrain course and I found this one tough!!

Well done Warren. The more you do trail races, the more you get used to them. Great effort and result. 👍🏼

Another informative and entertaining commentary. Lots of variety in that race and plenty of history. We once did the Garstang 7 and therefore hold club records over that distance 😂

Enjoyed that video! Nice one Warren! Always tough returning to racing. A necessary evil though! It’s a barometer of form, a reminder of how hard racing can be & a wake-up call for the body. As for hills…I hate them! 😂 I rarely choose races with elevation. I’ll leave them to the more complete runners!
