When grinding or polishing a crankshaft or a camshaft, put them in your Lathe and support it at the both ends, like they do in a professional engine shop, turn on the Lathe on the lowest speed. Then you can, with ease grind or polish them, and your knees and back won´t hurt so much. Just a tip. Greetings from Stig in Sweden.✌✌🤛❤

It doesn't bother me if the video is a few days late as long as it works out for you. I am subscribed to other channels that only post once a month and in a few cases once every 2 or 3 months. Sure, I wish they posted more often but that is the schedule that works for them. Take care of yourself first.
