24:00 Christine's vocal cords weren't torn out by the AutoDoc; they were operated on. It was reprogrammed so that it would alter Christine's voice to be a perfect match for that of Vera, because Sinclair had used her voice as a key to the Vault. Christine was only mute for a short time after being released from the AutoDoc, while her vocal cords finished healing after the unwanted surgery.

The character(s) of Dog/God was the most compelling part of the DLC for me... I struggle with my own mental illnesses, though Disassociative Identity Disorder isn't among them, and seeing their internal conflict displayed in such a raw manner had a definite affect on me.
I really hated all of those damned radios and speakers, though, lol! 😋
