Energetic Hygiene & Past Lives with Eliel Fionn | Cauldron Her Daddy

On Cauldron Her Daddy, hosts Sarai Johnson and Meredith Holley interview Eliel Fionn, an intuitive with synesthesia who describes learning to filter constant energetic information, developing “dimmer switches,” and using touch and Reiki to read energy. They discuss practical energetic hygiene like clearing during a shower, using salt to cleanse spaces (especially transitional hubs like airports and hospitals), and maintaining personal boundaries. The conversation critiques outsourcing authority to institutions or spiritual leaders, warns about spiritual abuse and perfection narratives, and emphasizes cultivating internal authority and responsibility. Eliel shares perspectives on past-life patterns, soul “majors,” non-linear time, and recurring relationships, including the hosts’ shared themes of rebellion, creating alternatives, and activism. They also explore martyrdom, codependency, grief after suicide, and choosing love over grief, ending with Eliel reading her poem “Quest” and sharing contact details.

Quest, by Eliel Fionn

As I walk in woods
of greenness wild,
I sip from the cup
of the blessing child,
sip grail and walk on

Each instant a richness
of the savoring cup,
a linger, a touch,
of life to sup
Sip grail and walk on

The tastes of journeys,
the splendors I’ve seen
there in the shades
of welcoming green,
Sip grail and walk on

My companions, a book,
a song and a thought
of leaping life’s rim
and taking a draught
Sip grail and walk on

Then home to my love
and my garden green
and stories for children
who know what I mean
Sip grail and walk on

The grail tastes of sunshine,
joy, sorrow, and pain,
if I’d yet to choose
I would drink it again
Sip grail and walk on
