If the audio sounds bad, try going to Settings - Additional Settings - Stable Volume, and turn Stable Volume off. That may help.

YouTube is now adding end-of-video ads to new long-form videos at random. Creators CANNOT remove them.

I work in insurance. You can file a professional liability claim against your home inspectors insurance. There’s actually coverage for that. It’s called E&O (errors and omissions)

You should 100% consider doing some sponsorships for your videos! You for real deserve that money and I actually love whispered ads when I watch asmr lol

Oh Mary I am so sorry about your house problems, praying for that to get resolved quickly and for the money to be there! Love the jacket ❤

Mary you really should file for a legal suit against whoever told you that the house didn't have polybutylene pipes when it did - on the grounds of breach of contract or, negligent misrepresentation, or constructive fraud - please consider this!!! sending love from England

i understand your frustration with renovations, especially something major like plumbing, i really really hope things go as smoothly as possible, with the least amount of stress on you as possible! don’t worry too much about us if it’s outside of your emotional bandwidth, we have PLENTY of videos to tide us over until you feel good about making regular videos again

If a seller knowingly lies about the condition of pipes in a house, they are likely in breach of contract and could be legally liable to the buyer, depending on the state's disclosure laws, as they are required to disclose any material defects they are aware of, including issues with plumbing systems; if the buyer discovers the problem after purchase, they may be able to sue the seller for damages related to the necessary repairs.

You probably know this, but a paste made with baking soda and water makes a great jewelry cleaner. It shines silver right up!

@skygray24 1 year ago

Ohhh I’d be livid about that pluming situation!! You should totally make that inspection company liable for lying to you! That’s a costly mistake for you because of them!
