I’m sorry I have to chuckle. Lester will walk through a herd of Longhorn cattle. He will take the side-by-side in with two bowls and a steer that has been known to be violent. But he won’t go into the backyard where there’s two German shepherds.  Lol.

Lester, I have a suggestion. I was raised on a dairy farm. For the heck of it, why don't you go visit that farmer, knock on their door and tell them who you are. Show them YouTube proof and see if they would let you film their milking setup. You won't believe the difference between your ranch and their dairy setup. I hope you give it a shot. A Lester those black bovine are black Angus beef cattle. He probably has dairy cows and then on the side he raises beef either for his own family's freezer or maybe to sell. As you know, Farmers are getting a lot of money for Angus beef cattle right now. And yes, I was raised on a farm with "black and white" Holstein cows 😊.

Those look like Angus cattle raised for beef. Dairy cattle have prominent hip bones and I think are larger that beef cattle.
