About the SFX Templates
The Doom 3 Plasma Rifle and Revenant SFX templates are provided without the extracted audio files.
I chose to release these as templates so that the configuration, file structure, and replacement setup can be shared without redistributing audio extracted from the original game. This allows you to use the templates with audio you have obtained and are permitted to use yourself, while still providing the groundwork needed to set up the replacements.
The templates are intended as a starting point for anyone who wants to experiment with their own sound replacements while keeping the original game audio files out of the download.

Secret Markers are available for Heretic/uZDoom, Duke Nukem 3D for eDuke32, Quake (which can be used through the re-release on Steam), and Wolfenstein 3D/Spear of Destiny for ECWolf.

Heretic mods available include the Secret Marker mentioned above and a separate PowerUpTimers mod made specifically for Heretic. Unlike the Doom version, the Heretic version also includes ClearPowerUps, since the Ring of Invincibility is the only Heretic power-up with a screen effect.
