You are such a great storyteller,  i love story's and history,  i laugh when you have to climb another mountains,

I grew up on Laurel Creek and can remember crossing the Nolan toll bridge. I can also recall the “grown ups” complaining about still having to pay to cross..saying that this thing has been payed for years ago.

You and Heather keep on tapping your toes to your own tune. Your videos have brought me hours of enjoyment. God bless.

I could listen to your smooth southern accent all day long ❤❤

Thank you for this presentation. I understand how long it must have taken you both to gather all the info. I really appreciate your hard work.

I always love and admire your videos. You and Heathers.  I can't imagine how much work goes into them. I used to do a bit of genealogy and that was really hard to research because of the different things that happened in my family. But you all really work so hard and so a fantastic and informative job .
I just got home about 2 hours ago from a stay at the hospital. Got home and washed the hospital germs off of me and looked up Hillbilly Files and found the latest. I needed a Hillbilly Files fix!!!

Heather and Leo, I am amazed at all the hard work and research you two do to tell these stories. I appreciate you both. Good video!  Thank you.

Thank you Leo and Heather that was very interesting very educational I enjoyed it very much thank you

I love what you and Heather do. Great stories, and with so much myth and hype to fuel the misinformation bunch. You do your best to weed through all the information, and we all know that the truth of it all is so much better overall. Thanks Leo.

Thank you Leo from San Antonio Texas 3 25 202 good job my friend 👍👍 God bless you and your family 🙏

Long time watching the channel. Absolutely 💯 amazing. Not just the the stories but the detective work is off the charts and second to NONE!  From other videos I also know how camping is really done now 👍 .  I dig all of this

We love your channels.  Between you two and Jack, we are learning so much history.  😊

You be careful up there climbing all those stairs!!! Wonderful work you do! Bless you!!

My heart feels so bad for roseanna mccoy when it comes to johnse   she loved him with all her heart  and imagine being pregnant back then  while your baby's dad is off with your own cousin.    Then having her babygirl and her baby dieing.   Roseanna did have alos of sadness enter her life. Once  he came into her life.

Great story! Thank You Leo! Much love to you and the Misses.......

Well Leo and Heather.... This was an awesome video...
They certainly lived an exciting life. Thank you for bringing this slice of life back. ❤❤❤

Thank you Leo from San Antonio Texas 3 25 26

Wow what a fascinating saga that swirls around ONE MAN - JOHNSE HATFIELD. Yes, I know there are the McCoys and more Hatfields, but this one Johnse did get around.
I want to back up to the beginning. Leo and Heather you both work so well together and I commend you and all the time you put into the History of Hatfield & McCoy's. I never knew much about them even though I am a West Virginian, I just live much further from where this took place.  As you shared the feud I must say and won't apologize for this, but I feel there were many demonic spirits rampant. Spirit of hatred and murder. Well, while I am at it I must say, with Johnse, a spirit of lust.  So much history here. When you share history you do it so well.  My mind is spinning right now. Sad life to be living in those days.
Heather has a lovely voice and so easy to follow when she reads to us. And Leo, I personally have never climbed a Mountain.  May I say I do hope you keep appointments with a Cardiologist. Not kidding. That will either be your Stress Test or hard on the heart. I would love to keep on sharing my thoughts about these you have told us about, but that takes up a lot of your time and I  know  you must move along to another saga. I want to thank you and Heather once again for bringing so many Historical facts to life. God Bless you both. P.S. So good to know Johnse finally gave his heart to the Lord Jesus. That is what Grace and Mercy of God is all about.  Amen.

G'Day from Australia 👋🐨🦜
Super interesting stories, but very convoluted (intricate) & difficult to make sense of at times.
Very intricate this one. Thank You for sharing & your research 👍🤠

Makes me want to drive and visit from Ak.
