Poland is developing its own ammunition production capabilities. Range Day 2026 took place at the Niewiadów testing ground – an event dedicated to modern defense technologies and the development of the domestic arms industry, organized by the Niewiadów Polish Military Group.

One of the most important elements of the investment in Niewiadów is the construction of a 155 mm ammunition factory. According to Niewiadów PGM President Adam Januszko, two new production lines purchased in Slovakia will be installed at the plant in September.

The Range Day also showcased the production capabilities and technologies related to security and defense being developed in Niewiadów.

The event was held under the patronage of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland.

Will Niewiadów become a key location on the map of the Polish defense industry? Watch the coverage of Range Day Niewiadów 2026.
