It always tickles me when Darrell picks up a new legal term and starts using it completely incorrectly. He seems to be under the impression that if he says things louder or faster than the other side, his dissent will be the most valid, and he'll win.

I think Lascano would like to have had a few minutes alone with brooks.

@brianswitzerbbmw 3 years ago

That's some lawful law lawyering right there.

He is a true Duffuss. Plus evil as hell.

If anyone has depression, all they need to do is watch Brooks, just knowing you're not him should be a great pick me up.

Brooksy is the best witness the prosecution has. The jury had no trouble translating his buffoonery and angry antics into a guilty verdict. Brooksy, Johnny Cochran you ain't.

I would’ve found him guilty for pissing me off if I was on the jury. I can only imagine how infuriated they were with his actions and behavior

Why did he call these people? They did nothing to help

Thanks to my degree from the D. Brooks School of Law, I found a job chasing rats out of sewers.

Not one witness helped his case….. if fact they made it worse 😂

The jury KNOWS WHO THE PLAINTIFF IS! WE ALL KNOW!!!

@joannegregory3024 3 years ago

Did you see the driver of the vehicle … yeah your stood right there 👍

@kimspring8275 3 years ago

How embarrassing to object like this in front of the jury!!! They are seeing for themselves the crazy he is and that he definitely could do what he did.

@BorderlineJames 3 years ago (edited)

He has no idea what hearsay, leading, relevance or speculation is and has the nerve to disagree with the judge.

I love the case caption question. He seems so offended that she didn’t know what a case caption was but only a week prior he is in court asking what one was…

GROUNZ!!! So annoying that Darrell screams GROUNZ! while the lawyers are trying to get out their reason for objecting.

@janetmcginn907 1 year ago

He really believes that if the witnesses didn't know who he was "at the time" there's no way they know who he is now after finding his ID in his pocket

@donaldmarusak6501 1 year ago

NOT ONCE did BROOKS attempt to identify anyone in the vehicle.
How HONORABLE OF BROOKS TO TAKE THE RAP AND NOT RAT ON THE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE VEHICLE !
