this rotation is going to be arguably more impactful than G rotation simply based off the support pokemon leaving the format.

ABSOLUTELY glad we're losing Dragapult, but I'm very disappointed that were losing so many other staples...always rough to have to let some of the goats go

Fez will be so hard to replace

As a newcomer to Pokemon but a veteran in TCGs, my initial reaction to Dragapult was "Damn, this thing is oppressive."

I would even argue that the whole line is really poorly designed because it's so insanely consistent, and that's coming from a toolbox enthusiast

11:38 we just got Lunala single-prizer in 30C with a similar attack

Dang Latias ex has been so good in my deck gonna miss that one the most.

Every pokemon in this video sacrificed themselves to bring Dragapult into expanded with them
R.I.P :face-purple-crying:

I’m going to miss Raging Bolt the most, love that card :(

Im gonna hate to lose Hydreigon ex from ssp but cannot wait to see what pokemon cooks up especially with gen 10 on the horizon

Will NOT miss Pult xD.

I will miss Ceruledge tho. It was the first deck I made after coming back into the hobby (built a deck and then found out what rotation was ^^;)

Important to say that there are also a lot of supporters and item cards leaving standard format, such as all Ace Specs, Judge, Cyrano, Eri, Morty, Xerosic, everything with tera, etc.

2:18 This isn’t even talking about Regidrago, which mainly just used Phantom Dive anyways. So there’s tens of more Top 8s in Regidrago’s name (its reign was relatively short compared to Pult, it dominated the meta for about 8 months)

As a Garchomp player, i look forward to the grass decks / support going away. Way too much splashable support between bug catching set, ogerpons insane damage and draw, infinite damage hydrapple, attacking twice in one turn dipplins, unlimited search with thwackey, free switch and one shot from iron leaves, etc. Obviously the standium stays, but everything sticking around (currently) feels fair

For the Dragapult replacement... you could also consider the new Meowscarada as well from Delta Reign. It will likely not be the best but it does have explosive power thanks to Forest and pair that with Arboliva and you're off to the races

Gonna miss Teal Mask the most I like Hydrapple and it´s so good for all big Basic boxes

I am pretty new to the tcg, but i have had so much fun with festival lead and propably will migrate to play cynthias chomp

This is one of the most impactful rotations I've seen. So much loss

Of the cards mentioned, I'm gonna miss baby Froslass. I've been really enjoying it and has kinda been a nice distraction card for the rest of my deck to function.
But the one I'm really gonna miss is Crispin. There's nothing really like it right now in meta besides Rosa's Encouragement, and that's only if you're behind and going to Stage-2 Pokemon.

Though with that said, it's looking like they're really trying to push a fire line this 26-27 season, but there's no great beaters for that to matter. And I think that Stage-2 Pokemon are actually going to get some spotlight in the early stages of the rotation

Imma neeed a poffin replacement

I’ll def miss Noctowl/Terapagos/Area Zero/Bouffalant/Fan Rotom, that whole package. I feel like it would be very fun in a post-rotation meta without all the toxic stuff like Pult, Noir, Munki, Budew, etc
