Thank you for slowing down and explaining the appliance and why you like it. So many influencers don’t take the time to explain how it works in their kitchen. Very informative video! ❤

I actually use my Instant Pot as a dough rester and/or proofer by using my model’s Yogurt function that allows me to select and change temps.

The Souper Cubes are invaluable for single or two person meals. I make up a family recipe and freeze one cup portions in my Souper Cubes. When they’re frozen I pop them out into reusable plastic bags, and thaw as needed for an individual meal.

This video was super helpful! I love how you broke down each kitchen gadget and explained why it’s actually worth buying. So many reviews just hype products up, but this felt honest and practical. Definitely adding a few of these to my kitchen upgrade list

If you want to stop cooking in aluminum pans, something I've done is to line my pyrex dish with parchment paper, place the food into it to freeze, then remove the frozen food and place in a freezer bag or vacuum bag. When I want to cook it, I can transfer it back into the original pyrex and it fits perfectly. You don't have to have your food touching aluminum, and you don't have to use disposable cookware.

I just found an Emile Henry 7qt at the TJ Maxx in my town back in August and I was *shocked*. I live in a smaller town and I bet only a handful of people here even know of EH. It was $70 and honestly one of my favorite TJ Maxx purchases ever. It cooks so well, retains heat amazingly, and the pieces themselves are beautifully crafted. Hoping that some of yall will come across them in stores near you 💗

So glad to hear I’m not the only one that had issues with the KitchenAid Tilt Mixer nearly walking off the counter. The Bowl Lift mixer was definitely a better investment.

I love my instant pot. I use it to make yogurt, whole chickens, meat from frozen, bone broth from chicken carcasses, rice and so many other ways. I also have a silicone meatball tray- similar to the soup molds. it allows me to make and freeze 36 meatballs. Once frozen I pop them out and store in the freezer ready for quick suppers.

The Instant Pot changed my kitchen life so much that it is used 2-4 times a week and lets me put more legumes on the menu. That saves money and had the added effect of increasing the minerals needed in our diet for blood pressure management. I made a huge pot of lima bean soup with leftover shredded pork, barley, and vegetables yesterday. I worked out the cost to be 25 cents per one cup serving. I use the silicon cubes to freeze soup so we have more variety, as I make a huge pot of some type of bean based soup at least three times a month. Winter is coming!

My must haves for the kitchen are: Zojirushi rice cooker, Instant Pot, meal containers, immersion blender, Bullet blender, toaster oven, cake pop maker, and an upright freezer to organize precooked beans, leftovers, garden harvest, soup, and meals. I'm making cornbread in the cake pop maker today and will store the cornbread muffins in the freezer to go with soup! The cake pop maker with three different forms is easy to clean and makes muffins, ball, and donut shapes.

My husband bought the 8 quart programmable instant pot and that was back in 2019 he wore it out making dog food for our 3 small dogs. He has since bought another. I also have a regular model 6 quart and a 3 quart programmable instant pot we absolutely LOVE all of them.

I love super cubes. I batch cooked and froze in muffin tins for years. I saw the super cubes and gave rm a try. I love them because the rectangles stack better than the round muffins

For those wanting good coffee, get the Oxo rapid brewer and a good manual grinder.

Coffee is infinitely better when you get beans and grind them yourselves

Thank you even though I have some of the items I like the way that you talked about them. It makes me rethink how I will use my tools that I have now
