Just reading the comments here, it's interesting to see how emphatic fans are over the most subtle gestures between Leo & Kate. I don't know that Leo did or didn't want to hold her hand, but it is interesting how after she initially reaches for his hand he bends his arm a bit so she can't reach straight down and take his hand. On the other hand, he was a bit distracted in conversation at that moment and just didn't notice at first. Who knows?
