I ran into this video by accident two weeks ago.   I'm now the biggest Sierra Ferrell fan on the planet.  I've been down the Sierra Ferrell rabbit hole ever since.

This fiddle player absolutely shreds the meandering melodic accompaniments and solos

Sierra is one of the rare musicians that sounds better live than in a studio 👏👏

She sounds exactly like what you would expect to hear coming out of the radio in the 50’s. Her along with Billy strings are once in a lifetime musicians in my opinion, I don’t think there will be anyone like them come along for a long while there just too unique, such amazing vocalists and writers.

Thanks for having me!! <3

Her voice, her posture, her confidence. Utterly gorgeous.

Sierra is pretty convincing evidence that God sends some of the greats back to us to spread a lil beauty in these hard times 🖤

I actually "bumped" right into her while shuffling down State Street at The Bristol Festival.
I screamed and squealed like a little school girl. She laughed and gave me a big hug and a high five. She's genuine. Her laughter is even music. Highlight of my 65 years on the planet.
That night she brought the house down.

She's traditional and a breath of fresh air simultaneously. Genius and so damn entertaining.

Someone give that fiddle player an award. Best version of “west VA waltz” I’ve heard. ❤

I’ve loved Sierra Ferrell’s music for a long time. So happy to see her win big at the 2025 Grammys: Best Americana Album, Best American Roots Song, Best Americana Performance, and Best American Roots Performance!

This is the best set I've heard them play.

~20 mins in…
Dude in crowd-“where y’all from?!” Sierra-“Jupiter” Dude-“I’ma build me a spaceship!!!” 🤣🤩 (she’s from WV by the way)

I gotta say. How does every band member not fall in love with Sierra? Sweet lord she’s a charmer.

This gal is amazing - she brings back that old timey sound and feel and provides the proof that great music will never die.

How am I just now hearing this for the first time?! Absolutely wow!!

Sierra Ferrell. Billy Strings. We’ll be just fine....

Her confidence blasts through the universe.

Than Q......... Gets me every time. Thank you, Sierra!
