The range of emotions, from cockiness, to rage, to sorrow that Harman displayed was impressive here. I think that's why Dennis was such a great character. He had many layers

RIP June Brown - one of her greatest scenes ever 😭

This is a cracking scene.  Only Dorothy could get through to him.  Their friendship was very special and it's because of this he became and still is my favourite male character of all time

Dot and Dennis ....phenomenal relationship

15 years later, his son punches her.

Nigel Harman was brilliant in this scene. Such a complete actor. June Brown (Dot Cotton) at the end. Just perfect writing.

bless him look at how heartbroken he looks when he accidentaly hits sharon he didn't know it was her behind him

All that fighting over a woman and dot gets to take him home

Dennis is more worthy of forgiving. He didn't hit Sharon intentionally, unlike Grant and Phil. Dot would have slapped Grant and Phil if it was them.

This is when I really started to hate Den. I felt so bad for Dennis he let his emotions get the better of him because of rage from Den's words. He hit Sharon accidentally but they were acting like he did it on purpose.

The greatest acting in the history of Eastenders here

The way he is just completely zoned out after hitting Sharon just looks so real

dennis a beautiful sensitive man

I feel so sorry and heartbroken for Dennis all he wanted was a bit of love

Poor Dennis! Love how Dot looked out for him good aul Dot ♥♥♥♥

Dennis is so fit

This is why I love Dot. She sees the innocence and good in people that others can’t even when they are at their worst. It was like she could see in his eyes that he never meant to hurt anyone except Dirty Den. When she went up to Dennis it was like he just folded because I don’t think anyone has done that for him when he lashes out. I swear if Christianity was a person it should be Dot and this is coming from me, a Satanist😂. I love Dot so much, one of the greatest characters in soap history IMO 🥰.

Bless Dot she really cared about Dennis. She could see underneath the anger that there was vulnerability. There was a really sweet friendship So sad that Dennis is no longer in the show and he was murdered

We all need a Dot in our lives ❤️

I love how Dot handles him ❤️ no wonder she is the heart and soul of of the square

Wow his own father just made fun of him being sexually abused in Foster care. Someone give him a prize for father of the year.
