The original purpose of the traffic stop was extended without the establishment of additional reasonable suspicion or probable cause to justify the detention for the drug dog. This is elementary law 101.
The judge clearly appeared distracted or uninterested and was not fully paying attention or focused on the questioning during that part of the testimony by the officer! Divided attention is lack of attention!

10 years for that? Wow, that's terrible. I could see if he committed manslaughter.  It's also laughable that THC is illegal and alcohol is not as the latter is profoundly more dangerous.  Judge was very sick and no mask. Meanwhile Covid is running rampant in the US.  Unreal.
