Don’t forget the channel 5 logo changed more frequently due to ownership changes.

As soon as Channel 5 rebranded, WEWS-TV stole the 2011 logo on coloured it blue.

Channel 4: You copied me

Channel 5: No I did not, mine ends in a 5.

The current Ch5 logo always reminds me of toasted bread popping in and out of a toaster...

I really like that this is becoming a series, part of me hopes to see you cover CBBC and CITV someday, they've got some really varied looks from over the years!

The FIVE Logo only lasted 3 years because RTL sold the channel to Richard Desmond in 2011, who for some reason wanted to have his own rebrand of the Channel...

I like Channel 4's original logo as well as Channel 5's colours from their original logo and Channel 5's current logo as well.

Well it's been 7 years so it's about time 5 has a rebrand

I always found it funny they they just named the channels."4," and "5."

The increase of the negative space in the 2015 Channel 4 logo was to increase legibility at small sizes (web, basically). They found a happy medium with the current one.

I always assumed channel 5 was related/owned by channel 4, just based on the current logo’s resemblance

I prefer the original logo...especially the circle within a box version...as the D.O.G it just was so neat in the top left corner of the screen

Channel 4's timeless logo is pretty much like my country's (Thailand) logos for Channels 7 and 3, which first aired in 1967 and 1970, respectively. They retained their logos to this day even after going digital. Both of these logos today only differ from over half a century ago by 3d effects, which work tremendously well.
