Who here 2026 ?

back when i thought this could be achived naturally.

This is the video that changed my life in 2014. Because of this video I started going to the gym and never stopped. 9 years of training still going as hard as I can.

Damn what a throwback, the OG motivation for every 16year old boy

I was like 15 when I watched the video and it did get me motivated, now that I have been working out lkke 6 years it's funny to think at one point I tho i too can look like this 'natural' bunch.

The guy in the background with the red shirt in 2:20 is NATURAL

Who here 2025?

At this time, I started sports. It was the best times, it was different then, these people pioneered the youtube and fitness industry. When I watched this video again 9 years later, I was touched. Legendary times, I really miss those times.

There's two kinds of people on this post: those argueing over steroids and those asking about where to get the clothes. Haha

Are there people here who started doing sports during this period and come here occasionally to watch such videos?

Bodyfat: about tren %

ahaha Natural !!!

What makes them lame is that they Lie about being natural.

"Natural" 😂

HaHAaaa Ronnie Coleman Natural too !!!

the sheer amount of nattyness in this video is too damn high
these guys are so natty my mind can barely comprehend it
if it was possible to be any more natty than this the universe would explode

After 10 years i’m watching this video again, back then they motivated me to work out, memmories when i was 12 years old 😢

I remember this video from 2013.. that's when I first started going to the gym, this was the most motivating thing I've ever seen...I was 16 years old.. and now I'm 29.. I remember it like it was yesterday...

Yo también estaba en mis inicios entrenando cuando descubrí este vídeo, tambien vivía engañado pensando que eran físicos naturales, pero a quien le importa, da lo mejor de ti, por ti, no por los demás.

Any one in 2024 ??
