So it is a fix and flip home. The buyer bought it for Business reasons. Ok, thats fine. It came out really nice and modern. Love the moderness in an old hull, nice 👍 style. Kind of stunning. Why did they miss a garage? Important detail. Well its the way it is. Good warm nice review. Good job. 😊❤ Good luck in selling this. I am sure someone will come soon.

Amazing transformation

Very nice listing Madeleine.

Wow!  Beautiful reno!

Madeline, i’m switching channels over to watch you and Aaron diving! 👍🏻😃

your video is vere good

The flippers took every shortcut they could. Within 2 seconds of you going in the front door, ceiling fans are Walmart grade and too small for the space. Good luck to anyone that buys this steaming pile.

This home and you both are stunning stunning and stunning 💕 and I'm loving both 💕💕💖

love your content

It's an expensive all white box with zero character. I take that same $2 million & look in Key West.

Hey, Madeline. Love watching the videos here on your channel. I've been reading the comments and replies, and I am curious about the 50% rule. I've heard about it before but am not certain what that implies. Someone earlier made a not-so-nice comment about the 50% rule. How much did the current homeowner put into renovating this property and does that play into the rule? If the selling price went from $400K to $1.13m, isn't it 50% of the current value of the home they're basing the 50% remodel on? I'm so confused with this rule!
Also, and this is a weird thought I had about any home in the keys, if it's not elevated. How difficult would it be to elevate a home like this one? I know this one is concrete block construction. I'm thinking that would be a complete tear-down and rebuild on stilts, correct?
Thanks for the info!!

Hola. La casa está preciosa lo único que le falta es un Garage para dos autos.ok Gracias y un saludo

Beautiful transformation.  An ugly duckling becomes a swan.

👍

I want this house so bad

hmmm not sure if I'd want a stoned front lawn.  😂

I have seen three videos from her that are flips

You just put the price up so I’ll have to try again in my next life.
