You forgot rule 1 of Terraria, if there is even a SINGLE block where it shouldn't be in your arena, it is inevitable that it will kill you.

Hi! "Main developer of the mod" here!

The answer is that I had no actual idea what to do with Deus, resulting in the incoherent mess you complained about
Like, you have a representation of the cosmos, stars, etc.
But then it's hackneyed into an uninspired metal worm

Frankly, I dislike Deus conceptually too. If I had the executive power to give him a new, more inspired design more conducive to creative patterns, or to just delete the fight from base Cal entirely, I would do so
But I don't have the power, and Infernum is long since done in terms of content development, so we're stuck with this unfortunately

not the fuck anymore there isn’t

Fun fact; with life alloy & solar fragments you can fight dragonfolly pre moon lord, then after that use the effulgent feathers from dragonfolly and some life alloy to FIGHT YHARON PRE MOON LORD

Great and entertaining vid dude, got me hyped up to play the game and this vid deserves the like from me lol

Also, where did you get the boss progression chart at the very beginning of the vid? Thanks!
