I work in a mental hospital for adults and kids , I do a relaxation group with the teenagers I work with and I turn the lights down give them mats to lay on and turn this on and the kids love it ... thank you for this

As much as I absolutely love these stories, there's no way I'd be asleep if it ends at just over 30 minutes 😖 but if I do drift off, when the talking stops I awake 😵‍💫 that's why I have saved all the longer ongoing stories with no music or sound...wish they would just do more of these...surely others feel the same way??? I just have them on a loop and its great 😊👍❤

This sounds wonderfully relaxing. I'm listening an hour before bed, to make sure there are no sudden loud sounds, and so far I love it. Very promising for all-night listening, or at least helping me drift off. I was smiling and nodding at what the narrator said right at the beginning, about tending to start having thoughts as soon as he lies down -- me too! This was obviously well-thought out, and should be very helpful at preventing or interrupting rumination. 🌘 The narrator has a very soothing voice, and speaks at a very relaxed pace. Well done😴
