How one of the best diss tracks of all time just be sitting in the vault for 20 years 😂

EM never does things unintentionally he absolutely meant to do it in a Pac style

@NoahK_ama 1 year ago

9:35 it’s supposedly saying “Suge shot me” from bomb first on Makaveli album. People say pac was speaking from the grave in that song telling us Suge had him killed.

If Eminem released this back then, it would have sent shockwaves and made Eminem a rapper on a whole another level of untouchable. And would have gotten someone killed if this was released.

I am definitely old enough to remember that skit and it’s hilarious because I thought the same thing when I first heard this.😂

Youre right about the delivery. Its not a lip tightening though. He squeezes his epiglotal folds to make the sound deeper in his throat. It adds a little distortion and bass which contrasts sharply with his otherwise extremely clean, and somewhat nasal sound.

That intro “suge shot me” x20 went hard

@MrHamblin05 1 year ago

That one line by Ja Rule ruined his entire career. 50 and EM giving him the business for 2 decades.

The intro is saying "Suge shot me" and it's repeated over and over. That part comes from Tupacs song Bomb First. It's the first thing said in that song, makes it more eerie

You're right, this is the track hes talking about on Like Toy Soldiers and he didnt drop it cause of Dre. Dre also got 50 to scrap the original version of "back down" cause it would've been "too dangerous"
