As a health and wellness professional, I see a LOT of muscular people. One issue with Steroids is that they may build muscle, but they don't greatly increase the strength of ligaments and tendons. It's not only possible to grow TOO strong, but likely. When your muscles become stronger than the connecting tissue, the power is a moot point. Imagine Superman picking up a ship. No worries for him, right? Now imagine him doing the same thing but he's not holding the ship but rather a rope attached to it. Superman's strength is irrelevant if the rope isn't strong enough to take the weight. That one lift, the guy's nose starting bleeding at the peak. His eyes were red, likely from blood pressure in the capillaries inside the eyeballs. This indicates that his heart can pump his blood at more pressure than some of his tissues can handle.

46:48 This museum is easily the coolest I've ever visited. The Intrepid in NYC. They have a Concorde, A-12, Space Shuttle, F14 & much more.. All on the Intrepid aircraft carrier. 👍

The Concord pilot being like “and my wife was at work all day, hahaha… well, I suppose I was too, I guess.” That man LOVED flogging that plane. I hope one day I too can be that happy
