Holistic comparison test to the point without stretching too long!

I own both the Ace Pro 2 and the Action 6 and use them for different things. the Ace Pro 2 lives on my desk for indoor product shots because the flip screen is great for framing. but when I go outside my Action 6 goes on the helmet every time. the aperture adapting to outdoor light changes is something I genuinely can't go back from. and the one time I forgot my SD card the internal storage turned what would have been a wasted day into a normal shoot. for outdoor action stuff the Action 6 just covers more bases

For video (night especially, detail, color), sound, and the storage, DJI wins this one for me. Thanks for doing these videos. I've been watching them for years now. Government keeps interfering with my hobbies for some reason.

Thanks Ben, I was waiting for your review as they never disappoint.

the only review that matters.  Thanks Ben!

Great review! The Action 6’s f/2.0–f/4.0 variable aperture is a unique perk the Mission 1 and AcePro just don’t offer.

Great video! Thanks for all the time and effort for the comparisons!

I'm honestly so glad a there is a video like this, it helps me figure out what really is the best camera and it's pros and cons. I'm currently saving up for one and I hope to get it within a few couple months. Just want to make sure I can use it as many years as it can do, the quality of it aswell, it's probably either the GoPro Mission 1 or the DJI6

Your reviews are always goo. Thanks, Ben.

Its hard to beat DJI ecosystem. Why? Because of the price. Little difference on the camera but huge price differences. Plus the fact that drones actually on DJI side. Hard to beat!

main thing is reliability. DJI just runs in the background smoothly, and I can focus on framing and timing without thinking about the camera too much

Wow that's absolutely awesome and great video bro. Very nice comparison 😮

The F4 sunstar effect on the Action 6 is a creative feature that the GoPro simply can't replicate, variable aperture opens up shots that fixed aperture cameras just can't do

Thanks, excellent video

Thanks for this review. Which do you think overall has the best night footage?

Great comparison. I would have liked to seen the photo options compared.

the app side with DJI is lowkey underrated. i can pull clips, do quick edits, and send them out without jumping through a bunch of steps

Bro trhank you, this was the most informative video ive seen on all of these cameras. And im not rich so i needa do my homework before buying

greatly appreciate the work put into this review, but is anyone else exhausted by the lack of difference from so many of these action cameras? I get the low light and slowmo stuff, but if you're not into that, it starts to feel all the same.

Hi, great comparison! I'd like to ask for a little advice. I've never owned an action camera before, and I'm trying to figure out which one would best suit my needs. My use case would be quite varied: content creation, reviews, interviews, and vlogging (around 40–45% of the time), and I'd definitely pair it with the macro lens. Then travel, events, exhibitions, day trips, and light hiking (about 30–35%). For the remaining time, I'd also like to use it as a secondary external webcam with OBS Studio and/or VDONinja. I've noticed that this last feature is often overlooked in reviews. However, I had the chance to see a GoPro Hero 13 being used as a USB webcam, and I was genuinely impressed. That made me wonder how the other action cameras perform in this specific scenario. Based on the way I plan to use it, which one would you recommend between the Insta360 Ace Pro 2, DJI Osmo Action 6, and GoPro Hero 13? Thanks in advance!
