I am at that stage of having my wife driving me around. Perfect car for that. She said she wanted a fancy car.

My 2011 S500 is completely reliable, although it is fully equipped with extra options. I was worried that things would need a lot of servicing, like seat motors and ventilation, or massage pumps or air suspension etc., but so far it has been completely reliable.

I would buy a S class in a heart beat but because the new car at nearly $144K is quite expensive i would consider a good certified used car for half the price.

I HAVE A 2013 S550 AND I LOVE MY CAR. ONCE YOU DRIVE AN S CLASS ALL OTHER CARS JUST DONT COMPARE. IM AN S CLASS DRIVER FOR LIFE. THIS WILL ALWAYS BE MY FAV CAR

I've driven mine for a year now. I absolutely LOVE it! I should have bought it a lot sooner had I know that it would be this good! And with the AMG trim and 20 in wheels, they look stunning! Highly recommended!!

I'd spring for the S class all day long and if price was a little less concerning, I'd go for the Maybach S650.

I absolutely love this car and your review. I was hesitant to buy it for $144,397.00 but I did it and I am so glad I did. It’s a beautiful car and drives like a dream. I’ve had ZERO problems other then the normal maintenance. If you can afford it I highly recommend.

Would love to see the night vision camera working in fog, like zero visibility fog.😈

THE best S Class review so far, all truth and not just a mere comparison with the 7Series or the A8 as most of the other automotive journalists did or do...
Rather, its a true to the facts buyer’s guide instead!
Keep up the wonderful job guys👍🏼

Great review!! FYI I just picked up a CPO 18’ that was purchased in nov 18’ purchased the 2 year extended warranty past standard 5 years unlimited miles for 5k it’s covered bumper to bumper until Nov 2025 I’m a road warrior so it will have around 350k+ miles when the warranty is over.
