As with all of these things, people are so concerned with the technology they forget about the person using it. It doesn't matter if it's actual cameras or phone cameras, people were taking amazing footage and photos 10 or 15 years ago on equipment that today would be classed as useless by "content creators" and their followers. So if you can't make really good images and videos with modern equipment the problem isn't the equipment.

I think phones caught up to eachother and they all record extremely well. Nobody is the king of recording they are all good and you can't tell the difference if it was a blind test.

won't forget what someone said. People have gotten so used to the bright and contrasty video from iPhones on social media that they think that's the gold standard for video

you are the first person who actually accurately describes the type o footage that these phones produce instead of just choosing which camera you love more . Good job man

You don’t need a third party app to control ISO or anything else on the Galaxy, its native with the camera control app

Thanks , nice info

I have a Samsung S26 Ultra, and it's not that bad. I think there's a problem, and I don't want to say you're biased or trying to mislead, but from my experience, I find it to be very good and a competitor to the iPhone, and it surpasses it in several aspects.

You deserve more like. But I have only one🙂

great video❤

The 1st video, yes, iPhone color and contrast do look pop up but also seems over sharpening, and I don't like it. I prefer natural

Do you think the manual color cast problem in pro video is a HUGE issue?

With the samsung ultra you can actually apply the luts in the gallery. Go to edit the video. Hit that sun icon to adhust exposure, contrast, etc and it gives you the option to apply any of the luts you may have used to preview on to the video. Doesnt matter if you recorded natively or the blackmagic app

Pls try the vivo x300 pro, its the first real contender to apple iphone pro series !!
We would love this review from you :)

according to oficial Apple Prores white Paper, Prores is actually a Variable bitrate codec so idk

I've never had an iPhone, only Samsung. But I hope the quality will improve, especially with the APV codec. I currently find ProRes better.

Not sure how you arrive at 1.3 stops more light with the Samsung main camera. The difference between f1.4 and f1.78 is roughly two thirds of a stop.... I think the max zoom thing is overrated. I have an iPhone 17 Pro and, living in the city, I rarely go beyond 2x zoom and that works just fine. And dual camera PiP seems another useless feature  that i have never felt any need to use. IMO, the iPhone still beats all-comers for phone video.

Iphone PM Comparison video with xiaomi 17 ultra and ultra leica when?

Please Compare the Log and Video of Vivo x300 pro with iphone ❤

Samsung s26ultra has a software problem that must be delth with..that is the zoom between 2x to 4x and 5x lenses...big drop in lighting and sharpness when  jumping between those two ..i find myself Goin into settings to turn on and off auto fps
