I feel so sorry for the daughter. Imagine being raised by a grandmother when your no-good dad is off the rails, and then he tries to kill your grandmother to get custody when he decides he wants to be a father. Such a horrible thing to do to your child. If he was any form of father he'd get himself straight and earn the grandmother's respect, or live with the consequences of his actions. Such a horrible thing to do to a child.

When he says the bullet went through five sheets of drywall, I’m guessing he doesn’t mean five walls but maybe that one wall is two sheets of drywall. But the outside this is one because the very outside is something different and then the inner side of the outside wall would be drywall. I’m guessing.

I had a friend who had her mom die with a bullet going through drywall. Her younger sibling was playing with a gun in a house, bullet went off, went through the wall and then into the bathroom and through the mirror as the mother was actually looking in the mirror doing something. I don’t know she’s putting on makeup or what she was doing. Killer.

Just look at the grandmother's stare down of the defendant in upper left hand corner of screen while their attorney addresses the court after their victim statements.  Eyeballing his reaction.  Priceless.

She was fortunate he was a bad shot.  It may not be much comfort to her, but she is only alive because he missed badly with most of his shots.  There is no way he does not remember what he planned so carefully to do, concealed his plans, and then enacted.  The concealment part suggests premeditation.  Thirty to forty years sounds like a minimum.  I was thinking 50 years, with possible parole after 35 years.  I would give him the maximum penalty for all charges, served consecutively.

I just watched a video on a different channel of a different woman. She paid $402 to have her husband killed. Something about her husband seems nice, but I’m also sympathetic because he has a extremely odd voice. Kinda reminds me of someone that was deaf for a long period of time so they have that tone of voice that they usually have. Luckily the hitman was a cop. I guess she only got two years in prison. Shocking.
