"we don't have to talk man, I can just sit with you for a minute"... Theo you are beautiful soul brother.

Theo once said “ I don’t need help, I help me. Sometime a long time ago I needed someone and they didn’t do it. So now I do it.” I replay this in my head every day.

Met Theo Von at a gas station a few years ago.

He somehow managed to pump diesel in to an unleaded tank.

Being a mechanic I helped him drain out the diesel only for Theo to go back to the pump and reinsert diesel again.

Otherwise he is a diamond of a person.

The Sean Strickland clip is the hardest hitting moment of this whole montage

Bro interviewed the literal president of United States and a random mall cop and a random lunch lady😭 greatest interviewer of all time

Sean allowing him himself to be shown while vulnerable and dealing with trauma is powerful.

“Her son Rae-Kwon works for me now” best unintentionally funny line of 2024

2:30 He’s not wrong, when I used to doordash it was honestly the lowest point of my life, putting miles on my car, doing a delivery for $15 and knowing it would really be for $7 post gas refill. It wasn’t viable for my car but god got me through it and now I have an M4 through trading. Moral of the story is most people dashing or ubering are living quiet lives of desperation, hoping the next delivery gets them closer to greener grass. Always be kind. Gods is always watching 🙏

Theo, I know I'm a complete stranger, but I just wanted to say I'm proud of you. You've had such an amazing year and you've worked incredibly hard to become a better man. I can't wait to see what God has for you next year. You deserve all the best and more.

Strickland is bad mutha in the cage, had a rough childhood to get there. Glad he's a true man to show just because you cry doesn't mean it's a weakness. Respect

"What am I most grateful for?

I'm thankful for being able to whisper... that's a big one."

I loved the “lunch lady” episode. She was a good egg, that one. Lots of raucous laughter which was contagious.

Wow , had to take a back seat at the sheer unexpected emotion pouring out of Sean .. But the great moment was the understanding from Theo , mimicking Sean and feeling the same emotion in the moment and shedding a tear … Props Theo 🤝
