I dont know how many persons came here to find peace in whatever they're pushing through, but you dont realize how tense you are until you purposely relax yourself. I didn't realize myself till I came here and read the comments and started tearing up. Everyone's support is so so refreshing and I also hope the very best for any and everyone reading this

This might be just a comment among many, but if your eyes found this, I want you to know something: You’re doing better than you think. Life can be incredibly heavy, but you have survived 100% of your worst days. That means something. You are loved, even in silence. You are needed, even when you feel invisible. Keep showing up, even when it's hard. Better days are closer than you think. Keep going, you beautiful soul.

I've been falling asleep (and lying awake) to this for over a year. Being in and out off rehab for alcoholism, going through fertility treatment with my partner. In short: going up and going down, and all this time this gentle rain has soothed me! ❤
