Honestly the landlord is a goat he helps them as much as he can he let's them stay even when they miss rent he's a gooner but he only does it in private he never does it in public he's a ethical gooner

17:55 Not the W'cigarette. 😂😂😂 I miss them Boondocks videos

This is certainly an anime. How many of you cats are old enough to remember Reject All Tobacco? What was the rat's name? Terrance?

This anime is fun as hell one thing i do like is the attention to detail with the dub version

I don’t watch dub anime but the fact that they gave the english voice of kansai neko a southern voice is really great since she’s from the south of Japan

I used to be an alcoholic and went cold turkey. I experienced withdrawal, headaches, and mood swings. When you're an alcoholic, you can't function without it because your body has become dependent on it. I relate to that drunk cat, but now I've been clean for a long time and am never going back.

The landlord is just down bad 😂💯

4:35 You’re right. I do have that experience with coworkers like that. The only difference is that they were vaping.

@1:25 So Chainsmoker Cat really went there with the Trainspotting references.

Brother if someone farted in my face like she did . We fighting am sorry

For context nicotine addictions are bad because quitting can literally kill you which is why crutches or alternatives are helpful. Patches help with the craving and non nicotine cigarettes help quite on lower end addictions. vapes made it severely worse because they were supposed to be a healthier and less stinky option but they're highly concentrated (multiple packs) and people smoke it in less than a week and get poisoning from smoking too much. You can and will get an addiction and craving

the dog poop is a little far but the rest isn't that far off

As an asthmatic with a sensitive nose and is anti-adiction, I love this series as it is the one of if not the best anti smoking, anti drug and anti alcoholism ad in anime!

24:01 it's called Onibi Yaki Imo Shochu has an alcohol content of 25% ABV (Alcohol By Volume).

This is the standard strength for traditional Japanese honkaku (single-distilled) shochu.
To put its strength into perspective:
Stronger than: Sake (typically ~15–16% ABV) or wine (~12–14% ABV).

Weaker than: Western distilled spirits like vodka, gin, or whiskey (typically 40% ABV or higher).

Because it sits right in the middle, it is highly versatile. You can drink it neat or on the rocks, but it is also frequently diluted to taste with hot water (oyawari), cold water (mizuwari), or club soda

4:36 Back when I was a smoker I played around that line but I NEVER crossed it. I got irritated because my anxiety fucked with me but those people that NEED to go was on a different level. Crazy thing is that cigarettes don't actually relieve anxiety,  it causes it. I only started smoking habitually AFTER I had a severe depression phase (breakup. You know how that goes). Idk... I was only able to quit after the depression calmed down.

This anime is basically a huge anti smoking ad. And it's ACTUALLY Effective

Ngl I kinda want the landlord to save up enough to hire an escort at least once. 😅😅😅

Chain smoking is essentially when someone smokes back to back. Sometimes often lighting a new cigarette with the one they're already smoking. Its the biggest sign of nicotine addiction and yes it does accelerate health issues related to smoking cause they're not giving the body enough time to recover from it. Therapy + Nicotine patches usually helps with the addiction though.

Thank god im not smoking 🤢

There are times like this when I can look away if someone kills her.

10:17 Breath so hot, it might Be flammable. Congrats on 60K

6:30 you know what..... between this and spitting in my food.... I think I would rather someone spit in my food. Hate the idea of both but... yeah.
