Had a few panic attacks and it's fucking horrifying. Trying to explain the sheer terror to someone that's never had one is basically impossible.

True panic attacks come with an innate certainty that death is coming. If you haven't had one you are very lucky. It is the worse feeling a human can experience

Best way to explain a panic attack for the first time is you think youre about to die.

i had a 3 week panic attack coming off valium and alcohol cold turkey
my eyes turned yellow, my skin was grey and my lips purple, i looked dead
that was my last sesh, im 11 years sober now

Coke starts off fun then quickly the it’s not fun anymore just dark and unsocial. The next few days are horrendous. Horrible

Based on my experiences with coke, this is 100% accurate.  I'd even get panic attacks when I wasn't high.  It was horrendous.

Started that Jank in 92 and I've been clean now for 7 years. Tea total and much more healthy. I'm 55 now.  What a life.

had a few panic attacks in work, very fkn scary - you think its a heart attack and convince yourself it is , then you go into your head and it gets worse all weird thoughts flying through your mind, I had to be taken to Hospital all three times. I had my heart monitored overnight and the results were very good. They come from nowhere which is the bad thing, but I have learned not to get too stressed with things as this can trick your body into thinking its under attack, which is what a panic attack can be - your heart sends more blood to your vital organs to protect them and it just pumps you up hence the heavy breathing and rapid heart rate. take no risks though and call for an Ambulance at once as you really do need help with these as the symptoms are close to a heart attack. There is nothing worse than the comedown from that drug. That is a pure hell. This is possible after some racing heart situations.

Panic attacks are horrible I’ve taken them and anxiety attacks most of my adult life

You drink beer to get pissed, you get pissed and snort a load of coke, and sober up, and then drink a load more beer to get pissed.

Stimulant induced panic attacks are no joke. I didn’t sleep for days and essentially od’d on speed. Gave me the scariest panic attack of my life and thought I was going to die. Like I was gasping for air and screaming at my mom to pull the car over. I was also withdrawing off of other stuff simultaneously, so that only added to the madness. Terrible stuff.
