I really loved and enjoyed this gorgeous vlog!💜

You got a lot of cool books!! loved the video. I wished we had books sales like this in my city.
i read deadhouse gates 3 months ago and it’s longer than gardens of the moon but it definitely feels easier to read.

love this haul!!! need to check out brideshead asap it's a crime i haven't read it yet

Just found your channel and enjoyed watching your book haul. You found some really nice books.
I’m looking forward to my library book sale coming up next weekend although I’m beginning to have storage space issues.
East of Eden is a much better book and story than Grapes of Wrath in my opinion. I’m currently reading G of W and it’s been a slog for me.  My advice before reading East of Eden is to not expect or research or know much about Cain and Abel. It’s a different story.  It portrays the topic of how parents treatment of their children may and can affect their character but ultimately there is a choice to be made. Just my opinion.
I get most of my books from the library and few second hand/used purchases. Right now I have a hold on the Pirate Queen and just loaned Bury our Bones in midnight soil.

Great haul! I was so tempted to go my local library sale this year, but I'm not buying any more books until my physical TBR is down...I have no room left on my shelves. Of course, what I'll do instead is borrow more books from the library instead of reading from said shelves. 😅

Nice haul! Cherryh has been popping up a few other places recently. Maybe I'll add her to my TBR.

East of Eden is the only Steinbeck I've read so far and it was mixed for me. But a friend got me Grapes of Wrath for my birthday and I have high hopes for it.

I’ve bought a couple C J Cherryh books recently as I feel like she’s an author I really must sink my teeth into! I got the exact same copy of The Dreaming Tree, but I’m excited to hear what you think of it! Fab haul 😃
