Jack Harlow held his own but man Dave’s pen game is unbelievable. He needs To get a feature with J Cole so we can see who really got it

There’s a crazy line there by Dave you guys didn’t mention. Dave said “To test out the 9 like I loaned a striker”, in football (soccer) teams loan players to other teams to test them and their skills, and a striker’s position on the pitch is the 9 and also the number they wear on their shirt is usually 9, but also test out the 9mm (the gun) like you’re a striker, when you’re shooting someone

dave is so underrated. prolly one of best lyricist in the game for a couple of years now

"Test out the 9 like I loaned a striker". In football a striker usually had a number 9 on his shirt, if he's on loan it means you don't own him so you'll probably be testing him out, a 9 is also a gun, and what's a striker? Someone who shoots!!!

Didn’t have no food so you disguised it as fasting 😭🔥

Beat off w/ honey lmaoooooo

To test out the 9 like I loaned a striker😮‍💨 thats so hard

You can’t call it breakfast because it’s not your first meal😂

We haven't heard this kind of Jack since Drip Drop w/ Cyhi. When he hops on a track with a better lyricist he knows how to step up. Big ups to Jack!

In the middle of the vale like a bride to be 🔥
Shoutout to an area called Streatham vale where Dave grew up.

is tough when you dont know all of daves UK references. yall should open rap genius for his verse imo

This beat is definitely givin early 2000s. I thought the same when I heard it .

"I'm in the middle of the veil like a Bride to be"

Line is hard

Dave is from Streatham Vale.. so when he says this he's saying he's in the middle of where he's from and the other meaning is the one you caught

Barrrrr

“Tha Last Meal” was also Snoop’s last album on Death Row records to get out of his deal.  So that was their last meal off him….crazy!!!

U.K. getting more shine come on! 🇬🇧

Late registration vibes

Jack held his own but Dave absolutely killed it

I really enjoyed George’s analysis of dave’s verse. Makes me appreciate it a lot more

crazy how we didnt get a reaction to any of the tracks off the 2chainz weezy collab 😢

need more dave verses man , breath of fresh air 🙏
