"former EA executive"

You could end the video right there

Microsoft owning but not doing anything with Banjo Kazooie and Conker is crazy work.

never forget that everything, including your fridge and your washing machine, are (apparently) an xbox

It’s funny, cause Phill destruction took multiple years, while Don’s did in like a speed run it was so freaking quick how he ruined Xbox’s reputation

So about Spyro...

36:14 “Even if the Steam Machine is on pricier side at $6-700 bucks…”

I have a feeling it’s gonna be far more than that going by the recent Steam Deck price increase.

Finally another Danerade video

Phil Spencer is the Michael Eisner of gaming, basically had great successes early on but somehow fumbled it towards the end.

The part I hated the most about Phil Spencer was how inconsistent he was about Banjo. One day he was like ‘oh I’d loooove to make a new Banjo game we just need a new studio for it’ the next he’d be like ‘sorry guys, it’s out of my hands, only rare can decide if were getting a new Banjo game’ like bro, you’re the CEO, you own the rights to Banjo, if you actually wanted to make a new Banjo game, it’s not that hard to find a new dev team for it

Surely you mean Don Mattrick

Don Mattrick is still THE poster boy for delusional out-of--touch CEO's with no clue about the market.  Guy is a fool, just a plain fool.

Oh hey welcome back danerade , glad to see another amazing video from ya. No wonder you took 8 months , it's qualite' !
