Mine only had a prime issue (pulling air) so replaced the primer and gaskets gave it all a clean out, Primer is still not right and now its got a small miss fire at cutting RPM.

I'm having trouble getting the carb to prime, even though everything has been cleaned and a new primer bulb fitted. Can you explain the function of the small ball bearings fitted behind the primer bulb? No one seems to mention these on their rebuild videos. I strongly suspect that the work as a one way vavle to help fuel flow and build pressure behind the bulb? Ps I've no idea why someone would find your video amateurish! Many thanks.
