Materials needed:
1.5 kg of t-shirt yarn (medium thickness and color of your choice)
8mm crochet hook
8mm raw cotton cord (10mm is even better)
Scissors and let's get started!

Recipe:

Start by making 14 chains + 1 to turn.
Make 14 single crochet stitches and continue in this way for 20 rows (counting back and forth).
Once this is done, make a row of single crochet stitches around the entire base, then make a row of slip stitches on top of this base to finish and work up the sides (as shown in the video).
Next, start working up the sides of the basket by making a row of single crochet stitches around the entire basket.

In the second row, begin our fancy stitch (1 regular single crochet stitch + 1 elongated single crochet stitch, alternating).
Continue as in the video until you reach the desired height, finish the top sides and complete the basket by attaching the handles as shown in the video.
