If Minato had Uchiha ancestry, The it can be said that an Konoha technically had an (Albeit a partial 1) Uchiha as Hokage.
The Uchiha clan would probably see some humour in it.

Another story that is like I recognize the difference between root Ambu and normal Ambu but we have no proof of root Ambu even with the 2 dojitsu we have one can see through surfaces and the other can track suttle movements. Yet no proof so we cannot get rid of danzo. Even though we know that he is killing some of our own members for his own gain.
