2:10 This scene should tell you all you need to know about the movie. So many scenes of build up and anticipation, only for it to amount to pretty much nothing.
So many loose ends for so many of the characters, and not one of them was tied in the end.
A situation so confusing that not even the CIA can figure it out.
I keep envisioning this being made in the 1930's as a dark screwball comedy (like it is now) if the censorship of the Breen Office had not existed. Katharine Hepburn would be great as Katie Cox; George Sanders as Osborne Cox; Clark Gable as Harry Pfarrer; Patric Knowles as Chad Feldheimer; Jean Harlow as Linda Litzky; Walter Huston as the CIA Boss in the J. K. Simmons role; and Walter Connolly as CIA Officer Palmer DeBakey Smith. Their roles as government agents could be in a department that existed at the time. Ralph Bellamy would be good as Ted, Hardbodies Manager.
