Everyone!! If you don't do the diaphragmatic breathing method I'm teaching you today properly, you absolutely won't be able to hit high notes.

But there are still people who tell you to strain like you're pooping... Haha.

Anyway, since there isn't anywhere else teaching this properly, I'm uploading everything, bracing myself for the criticism!!

I've studied breathing techniques a lot, so I had a lot of content I wanted to include in this video. After filming and editing, it ended up being about 20 minutes long...

I thought it would get boring if I explained everything in too much detail, so I tried to include only the essentials haha.
