Didn’t realize there was a few minutes where I left at the beginning super sorry about that!

i love the 5 minutes of complete silence at the beginning. where did he go

Hey Sneeg! Unrelated, but another case that comes to mind where phone evidence was essential in proving a crime was committed was the disappearance of Madeline Soto. Her killer ‘accidentally’ factory reset the phone twice, but the cloud data with all of the evidence was untouched, and proved he did it, along with a mountain of other crimes. I’m looking forward to the video you put out about it, it sounds really interesting.

My dad slept though robbery once. Me, my mom and sister were at the market and my dad was asleep in the bedroom at home. Some people broke a window to get in and rooted around in our house before fleeing. When we got back the house looked like crap and my dad was none the wiser.

46 stab wounds, most in the back of the head, plus a bullet in the head and a BROKEN neck from strangulation… doesn’t really feel like “I’m robbing their guns, oh no I’ve been caught!” That feels like “I have vengeance to pay.”

Crazy that the hat is in the way of probably the highest quality interrogation room camera police have used

I love when he crime times all over the place

29:53 I do understand finding it strange but I have to be honest here. When my uncle died I did not want to be around my other family members. I tend to struggle with big emotions and grief is obviously a HUGE emotion so being around a highly emotionally charged room full of people just makes things worse for me. Grieving was just something I had to do alone so that I could process everything. Some people just disconnect and isolate, is it healthy? Probably not but it's a defense mechanism that does happen. Just something to consider.

omg i just left a vc with friends saying i was gonna watch some true crime while i go through my stuff to sell at a yard sale and this was the first thing to show up on my feed. perfect timing.

the one thing that actively bothers me is that there were fingerprints everywhere according to the video, but at no point do they talk about trying to find a match to any of the prints?

It's kinda shit of the ex to try and pull the father down with him. Like the sock seemed like planted evidence by the ex to try and blame it on the dad entirely or at least make his kids not trust their dad anymore. I feel bad for the family in this situation honestly not only did they lose a mother and wife but they almost lost their dad just because of a vengeful ex.

Listen I'm not a cop fan by any means but chat being all "TYPICAL incompetent cops" after the first mention of the actual perpetrator kinda pissed me off, they HAVE to rule the family out first!!!! No sign of a break in, perceived odd stories from all of the family members, evidence found IN the home? OBVIOUSLY they HAVE to rule the family out first!!!!! I got ACTUALLY mad.  The name had only been mentioned off handedly once or twice, but as soon as they had more EVIDENCE, they honed in on the true culprit.  Geez

The way that the dad said something about "some struggles can be quiet though" during his initial interview made me SUPER suspicious of him, but if what the guy was saying at 1:08:11 is true (im pretty sure he was talking about the dad) about him being a green beret... Yeah, okay, that doesn't seem anywhere near as sus with that context.

I'll have to check thia channel out myself! I appreciate the variety of EWU but i do get very tired of the body language reading and the immediate awareness of who the murderer is

10:41 Mr. Snag returns from pissing

EVERYONE QUIET CRIME TIME SHOW IS ON

i feel like the spouse is actually innocent here, they tested if you could hear from the sofa in the living room and they couldn't, plus his fingerprints weren't anywhere suspicious. the culprit admitted to making up the story and it did seem kinda outlandish, there'd be evidence of it happening if it were true (like the shop cameras sneeg mentioned, fingerprints in the car, etc). plus the 'he was watching me from the sofa' 'you can't see into the bedroom from there' 'well he knew what was happening'.

26:28 the way that she instantly knew too....

As a slipknot fan, hearing the name Corey Taylor here really surprised me for a sec lmao 😂

Bro decided that if his Twitch chat had to sit through him dropping a mud bomb, so does his youtube viewers.

My house is always super loud so I get thinking that a noise was just normal noise from someone else in the house. Also when your sleeping sometimes noise just make their way into your dreams and don’t realize they are real or aren’t in the state of mind to think I need to get up and investigate the sound. So I don’t think it’s entirely to crazy that no one really heard anything or if they did they didn’t think anything of it.
