I can one look a 2x2 in around 6 seconds if its an easy scramble, otherwise I just do two look. For 3x3x3, my record is 3 pairs inspected in around 10 seconds

how do i practice 1-look fl2 for planing at least 2 pairs, im sub 8 at home but some times i cannot even plan 1 par or the cross when scrambles are hard for cross and that stopped me to get a sub 8 avg avg at comp and to reach my goal to be sub 7 and how do i practice 1-look at 2x2 i use to avg low and mid 2 and a i wanna get sub 2, i realized i complianed so much about my improving while i procastinated so much and stopped practicing for 4 months but now i wanna reach my goals.
Please give me some advice.
